International research study on the perspectives of people with chronic low back pain

We would love to know more about your experiences. Your feedback will help us to know how to identify those at risk of chronic pain and ultimately tailor treatments for individuals with different sensitivity characteristics and coping styles. This research has been given ethical approval by the Northern Y Ethics Committee in New Zealand, where the primary researchers are based.  If you would like to help us by responding to a completely anonymous survey, please check first that you:

  1. Have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and/or have chronic low back pain, (i.e. pain most days in your lower back region).
  2. Have had your pain most days for more than 3 months.
  3. You are aged between 18 and 65.
  4. Are fluent in the English language.
